By using partslogic.in, you agree to these terms and conditions. PartsLogic is a brand of Bhatia Photo Industries Pvt Ltd, registered in India.

Products

• All motherboards are tested and working unless explicitly listed as "As-Is" or "Scrap".
• Product images are representative. The actual board may have minor cosmetic differences.
• Prices are exclusive of GST (18%) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Returns & Warranty

• All tested motherboards come with a 30-day replacement warranty from date of delivery.
• Warranty covers functional defects only, not physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse.
• "As-Is" / "Scrap" items are sold without warranty and are non-returnable.
• To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and issue description.

Payment

• We accept UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and credit/debit cards.
• For B2B orders, we offer 50% advance + 50% on delivery for regular customers.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). International customers will be invoiced in USD.

Limitation of Liability

PartsLogic's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
